Fleet & Workplace Charging — Reservations and Bays

A booking layer for chargers that many people share. Fleet drivers and employees reserve a parking bay for a slot, the charger starts only for whoever booked it, and the manager gets a live grid, overrides and usage reports.

It runs as a branded portal on your own address, with each customer's bookings, tokens and reports isolated from every other customer's.

Half-day slots — morning and afternoon — bookable a week ahead, with a per-driver weekly quota and the current week visible read-only.

Only the holder can start

A charger inside a booked slot starts for the driver who booked it and for nobody else. Enforced server-side, not by a sign on the wall.

Fair use, enforced quietly

The hard part of a shared pool is not the hardware — it is the driver who plugs in at 08:00 and comes back at 17:00. That is handled in the rules, not by a manager walking the car park.

Fleet questions

No. Capacity is one driver per charger per slot, and the booking is written transactionally — two people pressing the button at the same moment cannot both win, and the weekly quota is checked inside the same transaction.
No. Each driver gets a charging identity tied to their sign-in, so charge records are attributed to the right person without a card to lose, issue or share.
Yes. Each customer runs as its own instance with its own sign-in secret, and every record is namespaced to that customer — so bookings, drivers and reports cannot cross between accounts.
