Voltai Pulse questions

Access has three independent axes: the kind of account (internal staff, a company, or an individual driver), the roles it holds, and its data scope — the whole network, one account, or only its own sessions. A site owner sees their own chargers and their own revenue share; they never see the network rollup.
Both. Today's figures come straight from the charging API in local time. Everything from yesterday back is served from the session warehouse, refreshed by a daily sync and queried in milliseconds — so a year of history costs about the same as a week.
Yes. Finalised charge detail records are available over a daily JSON API with per-service keys, so your own warehouse or BI tool can pull them on a schedule instead of waiting for a report.
