Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 2026
Adgar Tech Ltd ("Adgar Tech", "we") is committed to making its website at www.greems.io (the "Website") accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities, and to providing equal, respectful and convenient service to all users. We regard digital accessibility as an ongoing effort and continue to improve the Website over time.
1. Conformance standard
We work to make the Website conform to Israeli Standard IS 5568 ("Web content accessibility"), which is based on the international WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA, and to meet the requirements of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to a Service) Regulations, 5773-2013. Accessibility work is carried out on a best-effort basis and reviewed periodically.
2. Accessibility features on this Website
The Website includes an accessibility widget (reachable from the accessibility button on every page except the station-finder map) offering:
- increasing and decreasing text size;
- a high-contrast display mode;
- link highlighting;
- a more readable font;
- reduced animations / motion;
- a clear keyboard-focus outline;
- resetting all adjustments.
In addition, the Website has been built with accessibility in mind, including:
- semantic HTML structure with landmark regions (header, navigation, main content and footer) and a logical heading order;
- a "skip to main content" link;
- keyboard operability of interactive elements, with a visible focus indicator;
- text alternatives (
alt) for meaningful images, and decorative images marked as such; - support for the operating-system "reduce motion" preference;
- a responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels;
- colour contrast intended to meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
3. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the Website may not yet be fully accessible. In particular, the decorative hero video plays automatically (muted, with a still image alternative), except where your browser or operating system requests reduced motion, or where you switch on "reduced animations / motion" in the accessibility widget — in those cases it does not play. Separately, the station-finder map page does not yet include the accessibility widget. That page now embeds the Open Charge Map application, and only after you press a button to load it: everything inside that embed is a third-party application whose accessibility we do not control and cannot fix. The page around it has a "skip to main content" link, a main landmark, a keyboard-operable load button, and it states in text what the embed does before you load it — so the page is usable, and reachable, whether or not you choose to load the map. We are working to address these areas. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us (see Section 4) and we will do our best to provide the information or service in an accessible way.
4. How to report an accessibility problem
If you experience any difficulty using the Website, or you need content provided in an accessible format, we would be glad to hear from you. Please contact our accessibility coordinator:
Accessibility coordinator: Oren Gozlan
Email: hello@greems.io
Phone: +972-77-989-7660
Address: Ef'al St 35, Petah Tikva, Israel
When you contact us, please describe the problem, the page where it occurred, and the browser and assistive technology you were using — this helps us reproduce and fix the issue quickly.
5. How we assessed this Website
This statement is based on an internal self-assessment, not on an external audit. It combines automated structural checks of every page (landmark regions, heading order, image alternatives, form labels, link targets) with a manual review pass. That manual pass has so far covered English on desktop; Hebrew right-to-left, Polish, mobile widths and screen-reader testing have not yet been completed, and no third-party accessibility audit has been carried out. We say so plainly rather than imply a level of verification we have not reached.
6. Statement details
This statement applies to www.greems.io. The date at the top of this page is the date it last changed. It is reviewed periodically and whenever significant changes are made to the Website.
This statement describes the current state of accessibility on the Website and is reviewed on an ongoing basis.
