Finalised charge detail records are served over an authenticated JSON API so your own warehouse, ERP or BI tool reads them directly instead of waiting for a report. Ask us for the endpoint reference and a key.

Integration questions

What makes a partner "gold"?

A gold partner is one we integrate with deeply and deliver alongside — a joint technical integration, named contacts on both sides, and a commercial relationship rather than a connector we happen to support. Everything else in the catalogue is a supported integration.

Our charger brand isn't listed. Will it work?

Most likely yes. The platform is hardware-agnostic over OCPP 1.6 and 2.1, and 900+ charger models are already certified against it. Send us the make and model and we will confirm before you buy.

Can we get our charging data into our own systems?

Yes. Charge detail records are available over an authenticated daily JSON API with per-service keys, and roaming data flows over OCPI. Tell us which system needs it and we will point you at the right endpoint.
