The Greems Engine — EV Charging Management Platform
Adgar Tech is the operating company; Greems is its proprietary software engine. Every charger we plan, build and maintain runs on Greems — the platform that turns hardware, grids and drivers into one network that just works.
From real-time monitoring and sessions to energy analytics and billing, Greems is the single control layer behind public charging, residential buildings and fleets — built on open standards, so nothing is locked to one vendor.
Reliability, by the numbers
Measured across the managed network — the outcomes the engine is built to deliver
One dashboard, complete network control
Monitoring, charging sessions and energy — every charge point in one place, in real time
What the Greems engine does
The proprietary software engine powering everything Greems builds: management, billing and real-time intelligence
Voltai Co-Pilot
Our Voltai Co-Pilot auto-detects and resolves 75%+ of technical issues — self-detected or customer-reported — before the customer even notices.
Dynamic load management
AI-based load balancing — more vehicles on the same electrical infrastructure.
Open industry standards
OCPP 2.1 and OCPI — any charger brand, any roaming network, no vendor lock-in.
Per-user billing
Flexible tariffs, VIP, RFID & fleet cards, direct settlement and revenue reports.
Regulation-certified
Compliant and deployed across North America, the EU and Israel — built to each market's standards.
Full driver app
Find, charge, history and payment with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Voltai Pulse
The operations brain behind the network: live KPIs, a queryable session warehouse, revenue attribution and collection, retention campaigns, ad spend beside revenue, and one-click diagnostics down to a charger's own OCPP log.
Mobility-provider side (eMSP)
Run the driver contract, not only the charger: issue accounts and cards, bill your own drivers for charging on other operators' networks, and settle the roaming side — sold as its own product.
Bidirectional charging (V2G)
ISO 15118 bidirectional charging — vehicles return stored energy to the building or the grid, scheduled by the same load-management engine that charges them.
Partner revenue sharing
Revenue split per site between operator, landlord and partner, attributed automatically in Voltai Pulse and paid on — no spreadsheet reconciliation at month end.
Integrated digital signage
Live prices, availability and your branding on screen at the site, driven by the same tariffs the chargers bill on — published pricing with no printed sign to keep updating.
Modules on the same engine
Analytics, payments and shared charging — each a product in its own right, all reading one network
Voltai Pulse — analytics & ops
Live KPIs, a session warehouse, revenue attribution, collection, retention campaigns and the ops tools behind the network.
Explore Pulse →Greems Pay — direct payment
Scan the QR and pay by card, Bit, Apple Pay or Google Pay — or tap at a card terminal on the charger.
Explore payments →Fleets & workplaces
Bay reservations, a live grid, over-stay rules and usage reports for chargers that many drivers share.
Explore fleet charging →What other platforms don't carry
Every charging platform monitors chargers and bills sessions. Two things are ours: Voltai Co-Pilot, which fixes the network without a human, and Voltai Pulse, which tells you where the money and the growth are.
Voltai Co-Pilot
Autonomous operations. It detects and resolves 75%+ of technical issues — self-detected or customer-reported — before the customer notices, then keeps the evidence: a session review distilled from the charger's own OCPP log, a stuck session cleared, a faulted charger reset. An uptime watchdog runs on separate infrastructure with a separate billing path, so it survives the outage it exists to report.
Voltai Pulse
The commercial layer nobody else ships. Not another dashboard: a growth advisor scoring every charging line on energy per day against a real target, revenue split per site between operator and owner, open debts chased in the debtor's own language, retention campaigns to recency cohorts, and marketing spend sitting beside the revenue it bought.
- Fault resolution without a support ticket, not just fault alerting
- A session warehouse that answers a year of history as fast as a week
- Revenue attribution between operator and site owner, per site
- Collection and dunning built in — most platforms stop at invoicing
- Retention campaigns and ad spend measured against real revenue
- Role and scope on every screen: whole network, one account, or self
Open standards, no lock-in
Greems speaks the open protocols of the industry — OCPP 1.6 and 2.1 for chargers and OCPI for roaming — so any charger brand and 27+ EMSP roaming networks connect without proprietary gatekeeping. Security is certified to ISO 27001.
Your App — or Your Brand's
Use the Greems app — map, QR scan, real-time info, charging history and secure Apple Pay & Google Pay. Or launch a fully-branded, white-label app under your own name, powered by the same Greems engine.
