# Greems

> Greems is an end-to-end EV charging and energy infrastructure company. It plans, imports, builds, manages, bills and operates EV charging — from a single public charger to a full multi-site network — powered by its proprietary software engine, Greems. Headquartered in Petah Tikva, Israel, it operates across Israel, Belgium, Poland and Canada.

## What Greems does

- **One-stop shop:** planning, electrical construction, hardware supply, software management, billing, and 24/7 operation & maintenance under one roof.
- **Greems engine:** Greems is Adgar Tech's proprietary software platform — the operating engine behind management, billing, load balancing and real-time intelligence. Adgar Tech is the operating company; Greems is its software engine.
- **Voltai Co-Pilot:** an AI capability that automatically detects and resolves 75%+ of technical issues (self-detected or customer-reported) before the customer notices.
- **Open standards:** OCPP 1.6 / 2.1 and OCPI — any charger brand, any roaming network, no vendor lock-in. ISO 27001 certified.

- **Plans & subscriptions:** monthly plans with a base fee and member tariffs, post-paid invoicing, discount tiers, prepaid energy packages.
- **Home-charging reimbursement:** a company car charged at the driver's home is metered, reimbursed to the employee and billed back to the employer.
- **Mobility-provider side (eMSP):** issue driver accounts and cards, bill your own drivers for charging on other operators' networks, settle the roaming side — sold as its own product.
- **Bidirectional charging (V2G):** ISO 15118 bidirectional charging, scheduled by the same load-management engine.
- **Partner revenue sharing:** revenue split per site between operator, landlord and partner, attributed in Voltai Pulse and paid on.
- **Integrated digital signage:** live prices, availability and branding on screen at the site, driven by the same tariffs the chargers bill on.
- **Card terminal at the charger:** our own terminal, part of the offering rather than a third-party unit resold with it.
- **Voltai AI agent:** one AI agent across every driver support channel — in-app chat, WhatsApp, phone and email.
- **Service commitments:** three support tiers (Standard, Advanced, Critical) with contractual response and resolution times per site; 98.7% measured network uptime.
