Two things are ours: Voltai Co-Pilot, which fixes the network without a human, and Voltai Pulse, which tells you where the money and the growth are. 75%+ ### Voltai Co-Pilot Autonomous operations. It detects and resolves 75%+ of technical issues — self-detected or customer-reported — before the customer notices, then keeps the evidence: a session review distilled from the charger's own OCPP log, a stuck session cleared, a faulted charger reset. An uptime watchdog runs on separate infrastructure with a separate billing path, so it survives the outage it exists to report. Pulse ### Voltai Pulse The commercial layer nobody else ships. Not another dashboard: a growth advisor scoring every charging line on energy per day against a real target, revenue split per site between operator and owner, open debts chased in the debtor's own language, retention campaigns to recency cohorts, and marketing spend sitting beside the revenue it bought. - Fault resolution without a support ticket, not just fault alerting - A session warehouse that answers a year of history as fast as a week - Revenue attribution between operator and site owner, per site - Collection and dunning built in — most platforms stop at invoicing - Retention campaigns and ad spend measured against real revenue - Role and scope on every screen: whole network, one account, or self ## Open standards, no lock-in Greems speaks the open protocols of the industry — OCPP 1.6 and 2.1 for chargers and OCPI for roaming — so any charger brand and 27+ EMSP roaming networks connect without proprietary gatekeeping. Security is certified to ISO 27001. OCPP 1.6 / 2.1 Full Certificate OCPI Inter-network Roaming · 27+ EMSPs ISO 27001 Information Security WHITE-LABEL APP ## Your App — or Your Brand's Use the Greems app — map, QR scan, real-time info, charging history and secure Apple Pay & Google Pay. Download on the App Store GET IT ON Google Play ## Platform questions What standards does the platform use, and is there vendor lock-in? The Greems engine is built on open standards — OCPP 1.6 and 2.1 for chargers and OCPI for roaming. Any charger brand and any roaming network connect to it, with no vendor lock-in. It is also ISO 27001 certified for information security. How does billing work? Billing is per user. The platform supports flexible tariffs, VIP rates, RFID and fleet cards, direct settlement and revenue reports — so every driver, resident or vehicle is billed accurately across all your sites. What does the AI Co-Pilot do? The AI Co-Pilot auto-detects and resolves 75%+ of technical issues — whether self-detected or customer-reported — before the customer even notices. It runs alongside AI-based dynamic load management that fits more vehicles onto the same electrical infrastructure. Can I white-label the platform and app? Yes. You can launch a fully-branded, white-label driver app under your own name, powered by the same Greems engine — with map, QR scan, charging history and secure Apple Pay and Google Pay. ## See the Greems engine in action Book a walkthrough of the platform and we'll map it to your sites. Live network figures, a queryable history of every session, revenue attribution, collection, retention campaigns and the day-to-day tools our own team runs the network with. Access is role-based, so an operator, a site owner and a fleet manager each see their own slice of the same data — the whole network, one account, or a single driver's sessions. ## Inside Voltai Pulse The screens our own operators work from, every day pulse.greems.io ⚡ Voltai Pulse OVERVIEW Dashboard Live sessions Analytics GROWTH Growth advisor Retention Marketing MONEY Revenue Collection Reports OPS Tools Users & roles ### Dashboard LIVE 1,847 Sessions today 12.4 MWh Energy delivered 98.7 % Uptime 75 %+ Auto-resolved Energy delivered — last 24 hours (kWh) Growth advisor — % of daily energy target by site 118% Tel Aviv · DC 92% Petah Tikva · AC 76% Warsaw · DC 54% Herzliya · AC 41% Ramat Gan · AC 127% Antwerp · DC 75 %+ Issues auto-resolved by Voltai Co-Pilot, before customers notice 3 Languages in dunning and campaigns Hebrew, English and Polish — chosen per recipient 24 /7 Watchdog on separate infrastructure its own billing path, so it survives the outage it reports ## What Voltai Pulse does The reporting, revenue and operations surfaces on top of the charging network LIVE ### Live network KPIs Today's sessions, energy and revenue read straight from the charging API in local time — no waiting for an overnight batch to land. BI ### Session warehouse Every finalised charge record persisted to a partitioned, clustered warehouse — per charger, per site, per customer, per country — and aggregated in milliseconds instead of a 40-minute crawl. kWh ### Growth advisor Each charging line scored on energy per day per charger against a real throughput target, so under-performing sites and genuine expansion candidates both surface on their own. ₪ ### Revenue & collection Revenue attributed per site between operator and owner, open debts tracked, and payment reminders sent to each debtor in their own language. Ops ### Diagnostics & ops tools Reset a faulted charger, clear a stuck session, or pull a full session review distilled from the charger's own OCPP message log. 24/7 ### Alerting & briefs Offline-site alerts, an uptime watchdog running on independent infrastructure, a daily morning brief, and start- and end-of-charge notifications to drivers. Part of the Greems platform INCLUDED ## Reporting, marketing and access control Pulse is not only dashboards. It carries the customer-facing reporting, the growth tooling and the access model that decide who sees which numbers. - Monthly per-customer statements to download and approve - Retention campaigns to recency cohorts, each recipient emailed in their own language - Marketing spend beside revenue — campaign reach, CTR, CPC and CPM - Prepaid energy packages and coupon codes - Role and scope per user: whole network, one account, or self - A daily charge-record API with per-service keys for your own BI tool - Revenue split between operator, landlord and partner, attributed and paid on ## Voltai Pulse questions Who can see what in Pulse? Access has three independent axes: the kind of account (internal staff, a company, or an individual driver), the roles it holds, and its data scope — the whole network, one account, or only its own sessions. A site owner sees their own chargers and their own revenue share; they never see the network rollup. Is the data live or batched? Both. Today's figures come straight from the charging API in local time. Everything from yesterday back is served from the session warehouse, refreshed by a daily sync and queried in milliseconds — so a year of history costs about the same as a week. Can we pull the raw data into our own BI tool? Yes. Finalised charge detail records are available over a daily JSON API with per-service keys, so your own warehouse or BI tool can pull them on a schedule instead of waiting for a report. ## See Voltai Pulse on your own network Book a walkthrough and we'll show it against your sites and your numbers. Get in Touch Back to the Platform --- ## Page: Greems Pay — Direct Payment for Any Driver | Greems URL: https://www.greems.io/platform/payments/ PLATFORM MODULE # Greems Pay — Direct Payment for Any Driver Charging any driver can pay for: scan the QR on the charger, pay by credit card, Bit, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and start charging — no app, no account, no membership. Where a site wants a physical reader, a card terminal at the charger takes the same payment. Payments are routed by the charger's country, so tax, invoicing and the local payment methods are correct in every market we operate in. ## How Greems Pay works Ad-hoc payment, settlement and reconciliation on top of the charging network QR ### Scan and charge A QR sticker on each charger opens a payment page in the driver's own language. No download, no registration — scan to charging in under a minute. CC · Bit ### Every common method Credit card, Bit, Apple Pay and Google Pay from the phone — plus our own card terminal at the charger, part of the offering rather than a third-party unit resold with it. Hold ### Pre-auth, then the exact amount A tiered pre-authorisation is held before charging starts and only the energy actually delivered is captured. The unused hold is released automatically. ₪ · zł ### Multi-market billing Per-country VAT, tax invoices and receipts, with the payment provider selected by the charger's country — no separate checkout to maintain per market. Ops ### Refunds and reconciliation An operations console for session lookup, transaction logs, refunds and reconciliation, plus a maintenance mode for planned work. API ### Charge-record API Charge detail records generated daily and served over an authenticated JSON API for billing, accounting and reporting. Plans ### Subscriptions & plans Monthly plans with a base fee and member tariffs, post-paid invoicing, discount tiers and prepaid packages — recurring revenue, not only pay-as-you-go. Part of the Greems platform INCLUDED ## Built for public sites and for drivers who never signed up Ad-hoc payment is what turns a private charger into a public one. Everything a walk-up driver needs is in the flow, and everything an operator needs is behind it. - Driver notifications by email and SMS in English, Hebrew and Polish - Automatic SMS fallback when an email bounces - Charge-amount presets, or charge to full - One QR for a whole site — a kiosk-style page listing every charger - Sessions and charge records retained for the life of the account - No card-reader capex on the chargers that don't need one - Monthly plans and subscriptions billed alongside pay-as-you-go sessions - Live prices and availability on integrated digital signage at the site ## Payment questions Does the driver need an app or an account? No. The QR opens a web page, the driver pays there and the charger starts. Nothing to download and nothing to sign up for — which is exactly what a first-time driver at a public site needs. Which payment methods are supported? Credit card, Bit, Apple Pay and Google Pay from the phone, and our own card terminal at the charger where a site wants one — it is part of what we build, not a third-party reader resold alongside it. The payment provider is selected by the charger's country, so each market runs on a provider that is local to it. How is the final amount worked out? A pre-authorisation is held before charging, sized by the amount requested. When the session ends, only the energy actually delivered is captured, VAT is applied for the charger's country, and the rest of the hold is released. The driver gets a receipt and a tax invoice link. ## Open your chargers to any driver Tell us where your sites are and we'll map the payment flow to them. Get in Touch Back to the Platform --- ## Page: Fleet & Workplace Charging — Reservations | Greems URL: https://www.greems.io/platform/fleets/ PLATFORM MODULE # Fleet & Workplace Charging — Reservations and Bays A booking layer for chargers that many people share. Fleet drivers and employees reserve a parking bay for a slot, the charger starts only for whoever booked it, and the manager gets a live grid, overrides and usage reports. It runs as a branded portal on your own address, with each customer's bookings, tokens and reports isolated from every other customer's. ## How shared charging works Reservations, enforcement and reporting for a pool of chargers with more drivers than bays Book ### Bay reservation Half-day slots — morning and afternoon — bookable a week ahead, with a per-driver weekly quota and the current week visible read-only. Lock ### Only the holder can start A charger inside a booked slot starts for the driver who booked it and for nobody else. Enforced server-side, not by a sign on the wall. Live ### Live bay grid Every bay as available, charging or occupied — who is plugged in, and for how long. Ops ### Manager overrides Start, stop or reset any bay, set session limits and notification rules, and manage who has access to the pool. XLSX ### Usage reports Per-period workbooks: a summary, the session records behind it, and every over-stay — ready for payroll, chargeback or a board pack. SSO ### Sign-in without cards Microsoft Entra ID for employees, or an emailed sign-in link. No RFID cards to issue — each session is attributed to a person automatically. Home ### Home-charging reimbursement A company car charged at the driver's home is metered, priced and reimbursed to the employee, then billed back to the employer — with the household's own consumption left out of it. Part of the Greems platform INCLUDED ## Fair use, enforced quietly The hard part of a shared pool is not the hardware — it is the driver who plugs in at 08:00 and comes back at 17:00. That is handled in the rules, not by a manager walking the car park. - A maximum session length plus a grace period, then an alert - Optional reminder to the driver before the manager is alerted - Your brand, on your own address - Each customer's bookings, tokens and reports fully isolated - Onboarding a site is a config change, not a code change - Runs on the same chargers as the rest of the network - Home-charging reimbursement per driver, per period, straight off the charge records ## Fleet questions Can two drivers book the same charger for the same slot? No. Capacity is one driver per charger per slot, and the booking is written transactionally — two people pressing the button at the same moment cannot both win, and the weekly quota is checked inside the same transaction. Do drivers need RFID cards? No. Each driver gets a charging identity tied to their sign-in, so charge records are attributed to the right person without a card to lose, issue or share. Is our data separate from other customers'? Yes. Each customer runs as its own instance with its own sign-in secret, and every record is namespaced to that customer — so bookings, drivers and reports cannot cross between accounts. ## Give your drivers a bay they can count on Tell us how many chargers and how many drivers, and we'll size the pool with you. A simple site is typically ready in about 4 weeks; a complex project can take several months. Greems runs the whole process end-to-end — planning, permits, IEC coordination, construction and handover — so you deal with one partner throughout. Do you handle permits and IEC coordination? Yes. Greems manages the full regulatory path — electrical design, building and utility permits, and coordination with the Israel Electric Corporation (IEC), including grid connection and metering — so the site is delivered fully approved and energized. Which charger brands and types do you support? We support every charger type — residential and managed AC and public DC fast chargers — with 900+ certified hardware models. Leading brands including ABB, Schneider Electric and Tadiran are integrated over OCPP, with no vendor lock-in. What business models do you offer? Greems offers turn-key delivery, long-term service contracts, revenue-sharing partnerships, municipal-tender management and standalone maintenance. Every model is tailored to the site and the client's goals. ## Ready to Build? We handle planning, installation, billing and 24/7 service end-to-end, on our own platform. Get in Touch ## Why It Works for Your Building New income, a resident amenity and a service you never have to run — built on the infrastructure you already have ₪ ### A new revenue stream Charging becomes income for the building — revenue-share or a per-kWh margin on every session, with transparent monthly reports for the committee. EV ### An amenity residents want Modern in-building charging attracts and retains residents and raises the appeal and value of the property. 0 ### Zero operational burden Greems operates everything — the committee has nothing to run, monitor or bill. You simply enjoy the service and the income. AI ### No grid upgrade needed Smart AI load management fits more vehicles onto your existing electrical infrastructure — usually with no costly upgrade to the building's supply. % ### Per-resident billing Every resident is billed individually and automatically for exactly what they charge — no shared bills, no manual meter reading, no arguments. 24/7 ### Full 24/7 service Round-the-clock monitoring and nationwide technicians keep every charger working — with faults handled proactively before residents notice. ## How It Works for a Building ### Consultation & site survey We meet the committee, survey the parking and electrical supply, and design a solution that fits the building and its budget. ### Planning & installation Electrical design, permits and a clean installation that works with your existing infrastructure and smart load management — no grid upgrade in most buildings. ### Activation & per-resident billing We connect the chargers to our platform, set tariffs and switch on automatic per-resident billing and payments. ### 24/7 management & service We monitor, maintain and support the chargers around the clock, and send the committee clear revenue and usage reports. BILLING ## Every resident billed individually — automatically There are no shared bills and no manual work for the committee. Each resident pays for exactly the energy they use, settled directly through the platform, while the building sees its share in a clear monthly report. - Automatic per-resident, per-session billing - Pay by app, RFID or direct tap-to-pay - Flexible tariffs for residents, guests and staff - Transparent monthly revenue reports for the committee - Direct settlement — the committee never chases payments ZERO BURDEN ## Greems runs everything for you From the first survey to daily operation, the building committee has nothing to manage. Our platform and field teams handle the entire charging service, so you get the amenity and the income without the work. - Planning, permits and installation, end-to-end - Real-time monitoring on our own platform - AI Co-Pilot auto-resolves most technical issues - Nationwide technicians and spare-parts inventory - 24/7 support for residents and the committee ## Frequently Asked How much does it cost to install EV charging in an apartment building? It depends on the scope of the project and the building's electrical capacity — the number of chargers, the distance to the switchboard and the available power — so there is no single fixed price. We run a site survey and provide an exact quote, and in some models the installation carries no upfront cost to the committee, with the investment repaid from charging revenue. Does the building need an electrical upgrade to add EV charging? In most buildings, no. Smart AI load management uses the existing electrical infrastructure and shares the available power across the chargers, so you can add many vehicles without a costly upgrade to the building's supply. How are residents billed for charging? Each resident is billed individually and automatically for exactly what they charge, settled directly through the platform. There are no shared bills and no manual work for the committee, which receives a clear monthly report of usage and revenue. Who maintains the chargers and handles faults? Greems handles everything, 24/7. The AI Co-Pilot auto-resolves most technical issues and nationwide field technicians complete the rest — the building committee carries no operational burden at all. Can the building earn revenue from EV charging? Yes. The building gains a new revenue stream through revenue-share or a margin on every charging session, with transparent monthly reports — without managing anything itself. ## Add EV Charging to Your Building Talk to us about a charging solution for your residential building or HOA — new income, a resident amenity, and zero operational burden. These are the partners we work with directly, the systems already wired in, and the API you can pull your own data from. GOLD PARTNERS ## Our gold partners Strategic partners — deep integrations, joint delivery and named contacts on both sides Hubject ### Roaming hub & Plug & Charge Access to one of the largest e-roaming ecosystems, plus the certificate handling behind ISO 15118 Plug & Charge. Gireve ### European roaming hub One connection reaching a wide European network of operators and mobility providers, with settlement handled hub-side. EzFleet ### Fleet charging & telematics Fleet operations joined to charging data, so vehicles, depots and charging sessions are managed as one picture. Edge Control ### Partner and customer A Greems partner and a customer of Adgar Tech — Edge Control runs its charging operation on the Greems platform. Also gold ### Property, parking and operating partners Adgar Investments & Development · Zur Shamir Holdings Ltd · Canada Wide Parking · DgPark · AmanaSYS ## What's already connected Grouped by what it does. Anything speaking OCPP or OCPI connects without a bespoke build. Chargers 900+ certified models · ABB · Schneider Electric · Tadiran · OCPP 1.6 / 2.1 Roaming OCPI peer-to-peer · 27+ EMSP networks · Hubject · Gireve Payments Grow (card, Bit, Apple Pay, Google Pay) · Stripe (EU) · tax invoices per market Identity Microsoft Entra ID · email sign-in links · RFID & fleet cards · Plug & Charge Energy Dynamic load management · SCADA & metering · solar and storage Business systems Pipedrive · Meta Ads · Google Workspace · Twilio · BI over the charge-record API Digital signage On-site price and availability screens · driven by the live tariffs Roaming & eMSP Issue driver accounts · bill roaming sessions · settle with hubs and peers API ## Your data, on a schedule Finalised charge detail records are served over an authenticated JSON API so your own warehouse, ERP or BI tool reads them directly instead of waiting for a report. Ask us for the endpoint reference and a key. - Daily charge detail records as JSON, generated automatically - Per-service API keys — one key per consumer, revocable on its own - Records retained for the life of the account, so history stays queryable - OCPP and OCPI on the network side — no proprietary protocol to learn - Webhook-free by design: pull on your own schedule, retry safely - Endpoint reference and sample payloads on request ## Integration questions What makes a partner "gold"? A gold partner is one we integrate with deeply and deliver alongside — a joint technical integration, named contacts on both sides, and a commercial relationship rather than a connector we happen to support. Everything else in the catalogue is a supported integration. Our charger brand isn't listed. Will it work? Most likely yes. The platform is hardware-agnostic over OCPP 1.6 and 2.1, and 900+ charger models are already certified against it. Send us the make and model and we will confirm before you buy. Can we get our charging data into our own systems? Yes. Charge detail records are available over an authenticated daily JSON API with per-service keys, and roaming data flows over OCPI. Tell us which system needs it and we will point you at the right endpoint. ## Something you need connected? Tell us the system and we'll tell you straight whether it's already in, close, or a build. This glossary explains the terms you'll meet across the industry — the open protocols, the roles in the ecosystem, the charging technologies and the metrics that matter — in clear, accurate language, so you can plan and operate charging infrastructure with confidence. Get in Touch Browse Terms ## Key Terms, Explained Standards, roles, technologies and metrics — the vocabulary of EV charging, defined. Protocol ### OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol) The open communication standard between a charging station and its central management system. Widely deployed versions are OCPP 1.6 and the newer OCPP 2.1. Protocol ### OCPI (Open Charge Point Interface) An open protocol for exchanging data and enabling roaming between charging networks, connecting a CPO with an EMSP. Role ### CPO (Charge Point Operator) The company that operates, maintains and manages the physical charging stations. Role ### EMSP / eMSP (e-Mobility Service Provider) Provides drivers with access to charging across many networks, handling accounts, billing and roaming. Technology ### V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid) Bidirectional charging in which an EV feeds stored energy back to the electricity grid. Standard ### Plug & Charge (ISO 15118) A standard that lets the car authenticate and pay automatically the moment it is plugged in — no app or card needed. Technology ### AC vs DC Charging AC charging is slower and uses the car's onboard converter; DC fast charging uses an external converter to deliver high power directly. Metric ### kW vs kWh kW is power — the rate of charging; kWh is energy — the amount actually delivered. Access ### RFID A card or tag used to authenticate a driver and start a charging session. Energy ### Load Balancing / Smart Charging Dynamically distributing the available electrical power across multiple chargers. Service ### SLA (Service Level Agreement) A contractual commitment to guaranteed service levels and uptime. Network ### Roaming Using one provider's account to charge on another operator's network. Powered by the Greems engine ## Still Have Questions? Whatever the acronym, we speak it fluently. Tell us about your project and we'll map the path from planning to a live, revenue-earning charging network. We regard digital accessibility as an ongoing effort and continue to improve the Website over time. ## 1. Conformance standard We work to make the Website conform to Israeli Standard IS 5568 ("Web content accessibility"), which is based on the international WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA , and to meet the requirements of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to a Service) Regulations, 5773-2013. Accessibility work is carried out on a best-effort basis and reviewed periodically. ## 2. Accessibility features on this Website The Website includes an accessibility widget (reachable from the accessibility button on every page except the station-finder map) offering: - increasing and decreasing text size; - a high-contrast display mode; - link highlighting; - a more readable font; - reduced animations / motion; - a clear keyboard-focus outline; - resetting all adjustments. In addition, the Website has been built with accessibility in mind, including: - semantic HTML structure with landmark regions (header, navigation, main content and footer) and a logical heading order; - a "skip to main content" link; - keyboard operability of interactive elements, with a visible focus indicator; - text alternatives ( alt ) for meaningful images, and decorative images marked as such; - support for the operating-system "reduce motion" preference; - a responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels; - colour contrast intended to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. ## 3. Known limitations Despite our efforts, some parts of the Website may not yet be fully accessible. In particular, the decorative hero video plays automatically (muted, with a still image alternative), except where your browser or operating system requests reduced motion, or where you switch on "reduced animations / motion" in the accessibility widget — in those cases it does not play. Separately, the station-finder map page does not yet include the accessibility widget, and it loads map tiles from a third-party provider that is outside our direct control and may not fully meet the standard. That page does have a "skip to main content" link, a main landmark and a keyboard-operable station list. We are working to address these areas. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us (see Section 4) and we will do our best to provide the information or service in an accessible way. ## 4. How to report an accessibility problem If you experience any difficulty using the Website, or you need content provided in an accessible format, we would be glad to hear from you. Please contact our accessibility coordinator: Accessibility coordinator: Oren Gozlan Email: hello@greems.io Phone: +972-77-989-7660 Address: Ef'al St 35, Petah Tikva, Israel When you contact us, please describe the problem, the page where it occurred, and the browser and assistive technology you were using — this helps us reproduce and fix the issue quickly. ## 5. How we assessed this Website This statement is based on an internal self-assessment , not on an external audit. It combines automated structural checks of every page (landmark regions, heading order, image alternatives, form labels, link targets) with a manual review pass. That manual pass has so far covered English on desktop ; Hebrew right-to-left, Polish, mobile widths and screen-reader testing have not yet been completed, and no third-party accessibility audit has been carried out. We say so plainly rather than imply a level of verification we have not reached. ## 6. Statement details This statement applies to www.greems.io and was last updated in July 2026. It is reviewed periodically and whenever significant changes are made to the Website. Get in Touch Back to Home This statement describes the current state of accessibility on the Website and is reviewed on an ongoing basis. --- ## Page: Privacy Policy | Greems URL: https://www.greems.io/privacy-policy/ # Privacy Policy Last updated: August 2026 This document (the "Policy") explains how Adgar Tech Ltd ("Adgar Tech", "we", "us") processes your personal information when you visit our website at www.greems.io (the "Website") and when you contact us. Who we share your data with We do not sell your personal data. Where necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in Section 3, we may share it with: - entities entitled to receive it under the law (for example, law-enforcement or supervisory authorities); - service providers that process personal data on our behalf — in particular our contact-form providers Formspree, Inc. (United States) and Make (operated by Celonis; EU), which deliver your form submission to us; our web-hosting provider; and Google (Google Fonts), whose servers receive your IP address when your browser loads our fonts; - CARTO and the OpenStreetMap project — when you open the station-finder map page, your browser requests map imagery directly from CARTO, which necessarily discloses your IP address to it. We do not send them any other information about you, and no other page on this Website contacts them. - our trusted business partners, where required in order to respond to your inquiry. In the course of processing, your data may be transferred to a third country within the meaning of the GDPR — in particular to the United States (for form delivery) and to the State of Israel. For any transfer of your data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure an appropriate safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. In addition, by European Commission Decision No. 2011/61/EU of 31 January 2011, issued under Directive 95/46/EC, the State of Israel is recognised as providing an adequate level of protection for the automated processing of personal data. The text of the decision is available at eur-lex.europa.eu . ## 5. How long we store your data Contact-form submissions and the correspondence that follows them are kept for 12 months from our last contact with you , after which they are deleted — unless we are required to keep them longer to comply with a legal obligation, or need them to establish or defend a legal claim. In any case, your data will not be processed for a longer period once you withdraw your consent and we have no other legal basis for processing it. ## 6. Your rights In relation to the processing of your personal data, you may submit the following requests to the controller: - where processing is based on your consent, to withdraw that consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it; - to access your personal data and obtain a copy of it; - to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to have it sent directly to another controller where the processing is automated and based on your consent; - to rectify your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete; - to object , in a particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interest, and to object at any time to processing for direct-marketing purposes; - to request erasure of your data where, for example, it is no longer necessary, has been processed unlawfully, or you have withdrawn consent and there is no other basis for the processing; - to request restriction of processing for the period during which we consider your objection, or a request concerning the accuracy or lawfulness of the processing. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy . ## 1. What cookies and local storage are Cookies are small files stored in the memory of your end device (computer, laptop, tablet or phone) by a website while you use it. They allow the site to recognise your device so that pages display correctly and according to your preferences. "Local storage" is a related browser technology that keeps small pieces of data on your device until they are cleared. Where such technologies collect data, it is gathered automatically and may include statistical data, your IP address, other device identifiers, session data, and data about your activity on the Website. ## 2. Categories of cookies By reference to their purpose, cookies and similar technologies are generally divided into the following categories: - Essential — necessary for the Website to function, enabling basic features such as navigation and remembering choices you make; the Website cannot work properly without them. - Functional — allow the Website to remember information that changes how it looks or behaves, such as a preferred language, region or display setting. - Statistical / analytical — help the operator understand how visitors interact with the Website (visitor metrics, traffic sources and similar). - Marketing — used to analyse user behaviour in order to display advertising that is relevant to individual users. Greems currently uses only essential technology (local storage), and functional storage for your accessibility preferences. We do not set statistical / analytical or marketing cookies, and we do not use behavioural-tracking or profiling tools. Because the Website sets no non-essential cookies, no cookie-consent banner is displayed. Should we introduce statistical or marketing technologies in the future, we will obtain your consent through a cookie banner before they are activated. ## 3. What we actually use on this Website - Accessibility preferences (essential / functional, local storage). When you change settings in the on-site accessibility widget (text size, contrast, reduced motion and so on), those choices are saved in your browser's local storage under the key greemsA11yPrefs . This data stays on your device and is not sent to, or read by, our servers. - Web fonts (third-party request). Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. This does not set a cookie, but your browser's request to Google includes your IP address. - Map tiles (third-party request). The station-finder map page loads map imagery from CARTO, using OpenStreetMap data. This does not set a cookie, but your browser's request to CARTO includes your IP address, and further requests are made each time you pan or zoom the map. Other pages on this Website make no request to CARTO. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in showing you where our charging stations are (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). - Contact form (third-party request). Only when you submit the contact form are its contents sent to our form providers, Formspree and Make, to deliver your message to us. See the Privacy Policy for details. ## 4. Purpose The only on-device data we store — your accessibility preferences — exists solely to make the Website usable and to honour the display settings you have chosen, so that your experience is consistent from page to page. The third-party requests above are needed to render the Website's fonts and to deliver a message you actively choose to send us. ## 5. Legal basis and storage period We store your accessibility preferences on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing an accessible, usable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); this is essential, on-device data that does not require consent. It remains in your browser until you clear it (see Section 6). Any statistical or marketing technologies introduced in the future would be processed only on the basis of your prior consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not control how long Google retains web-font request logs — please refer to Google's own policies. ## 6. Managing cookies and local storage - You can clear or block cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings (typically under "Privacy", "Clear browsing data" or "Site settings"). Blocking essential storage may affect how parts of the Website work. - You can use the accessibility widget's "Reset settings" button to clear your saved preferences. - You can browse in a private / incognito window, which discards local storage when you close it. ## 7. Changes and contact We may update this policy from time to time; the version published on this page, bearing the "last updated" date above, is always the current one. For any question about this policy, contact us at hello@greems.io , by telephone at +972-77-989-7660, or by post at Ef'al St 35, Petah Tikva, Israel.
